Fried Carrot Cake Black Or White?

What is so carrot about this?
In the first place, there's no carrot at all!!!
Infact, it is a Radish made cake stir-fried with eggs, sauces and the most important ingredient, chopped up pickled radish.
Mmmm...each bite with the crunch of pickled radish...YUMMY!!!


So Black or White? 


Black uses sweet dark sauce and egg/s mixed in the carrot cake.

White does not use any sweet sauce and fried till it is crispy on top.
